What does the recruitment process look like?

It’s simple. We want our recruitment process to be as efficient as possible. 

And there is no better way to get to know you than to meet in person or through videoconferencing.  

Following your first interview with one of our recruiters, you will meet your future colleagues and managers, with whom you will discuss your skill set and future responsibilities. 

Relax. All we want to do is get to know you. 

You will receive more detailed information as soon as you send in your application. 

 

According to Approach’s Privacy Policy (if you dare to read it), and according to the GDPR and nFADP, we will keep your data for a maximum of 2 years, unless you do not want to be disturbed by a recruiter offering you the best job of your life… 

Absolutely, you can! As long as your home office chair is comfy, of course.

Our internal policy allows a maximum of three days of home working, recognising the need for flexibility and the challenges commuting can bring.

That said, we’d love to see you in the office more than twice a week, where the energy is high and sharing ideas in person with your team can make a big difference.

Many teams aim for one or two scheduled days per week all together in the office to keep collaboration thriving!

Keep in mind that in your first few months, we’ll be asking you to come into the office more regularly so that you can immerse yourself in Approach’s culture, the friendly atmosphere of our offices, and share with your colleagues both formally and informally.

In a nutshell: “Relax and let it happen”. 

If you have opted for a company car, you will receive the keys on your first day, so we recommend getting a lift in the morning. 

And don’t plan for lunch. There’s a good chance that your colleagues will plan ahead. 

We expect you to meet a number of people, including your buddy, your recruiter, your manager, the HR team, marketing, finance, … 

To be honest, you are probably going to get far too much information in the first few days (it’s not our fault, we’re just happy to have you here). It’s okay if you forget half of it. It makes sense.
